MCH Equity Research Lab welcomes its new team members for the 2022-2023 academic year!
Last week, the MCH Equity Research Lab held its first set of meetings for the academic year. This marks the first time since March 2020 the team has met in person–although all meetings are offered in a hybrid format. Drs. Brown and Green met with lab members to discuss projects and plans for student research presentations this year. Current projects will focus on topics related to preconception cardiometabolic health in Black women, teen sexual health attitudes and behaviors, doula training program evaluation, implicit skin color bias among healthcare professionals, and other topics. The team is looking forward to a fun and productive semester!! Learn more about lab members HERE.
